The Dorris Dann Teen Tech Center, located in El Monte, California, within the San Gabriel Valley, serves as a dynamic and secure after-school resource for high school students. This complimentary program provides access to cutting-edge technology, fostering an environment where teens can explore their interests and develop valuable skills.
Our mission is to advance STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education, equipping students with the tools to pursue diverse academic and professional pathways. The Teen Tech Center offers a supportive setting where participants can cultivate creativity, enhance technical proficiency, and develop a distinctive perspective, either independently or collaboratively. Available activities include digital filmmaking, videography, photography, robotics, music production, website development, computer game programming, 3D printing, and more.
We aim to provide a vital resource for students to discover opportunities, seize potential, and chart a course toward ambitious academic and career goals in technology and related fields. We invite students to bring peers, explore innovative tools, and take meaningful steps toward a promising future.
