Media General Use & Terms of Consent

Please read to understand the use of photographs and media within the Teen Tech Center

The use of media made within the Teen Tech Center (and our host organization, Our Saviour Center) will be used within our website, promotion, grant opportunities, and sharing work to inspire others.

Permission for Use of Participant's Information on Media Accounts: As a participant in the Teen Tech Center, I give permission to Teen Tech Center and Our Saviour Center to use my name, nickname, pseudonym, likeness, image, voice, and/or biographical data on their media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the our-center.org website.
Permission to Alter Photographs and Videos: As a participant in the Teen Tech Center, I give permission to alter the photographs and/or videos of myself, provided they are not altered in an explicit manner or cause malicious representation of myself and my associates.
Permission for Third-Party Distribution: As a participant in the Teen Tech Center, I give permission to any third party (including any agency, client, publication, or other organization or institution) to distribute (share) any media including myself (photographs, videos, and/or audio) on their media accounts (such as news, social media, their website, etc.), for the purposes of publicity and promotion of Teen Tech Center and Our Saviour Center.
Permission to Use Participant's Created Work: As a participant in the Teen Tech Center, I give permission to Teen Tech Center and Our Saviour Center to submit, use, or publish any work created by me, for any reason including but not limited to publicity, promotion, or entering a competition. I will be given credit on all my work in association with Teen Tech Center and Our Saviour Center.
Waiver of Inspection Rights and Compensation: As a participant in the Teen Tech Center, I waive any right I may have to inspect or approve of the finished product or products. Additionally, I understand that no royalty, fee, or any other compensation, monetary or otherwise, will become payable to me in consenting to this media release.
Release from Liability: In giving consent, as a participant in the Teen Tech Center, I release Teen Tech Center and Our Saviour Center from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary rights they may have in connection with all third parties’ use of the media.
